Frecuencia.0 is a performance directed by Natalia López Santa Cruz created as a result of confinement in collaboration with different multidisciplinary artists; Clàudia Reig in dance, Rose White in makeup and costumes, Arnoud Lala visual artist, Kamila Galeva in performance and production, Vilma in voice and Gavin in musical composition.
Frequencies.0 talks about the state of alarm due to the Covid-19 virus that began to spread in our realities at the end of 2019 and that even now, 2020, we continue under its influence. One more story about how the lives of many of us as well as the rest of the beings on this planet changed and is changing. In short, the virus opens debate, forces us to question what is most primitive, states of uncertainty where truths and lies come to the surface, morals falter.
In this boiling of news, the path to the virtual panorama is opened, without wanting or consulting it, the dispute begins about the influence of electromagnetic frequencies on our bodies, health altered by waves, satellites, antennas, and frantic use of the technological thing that approaches the farthest and moves the closest away. A planet wrapped in junk that alters our relationships, our living nature, our minds, our home, our guts. The moment when science fiction becomes reality shaking the day to day where that distant paranoid mask is imposed on your life. However, there is something that does not understand distances and that is Love; the irrational impulse of life that goes beyond morality and from which there is no tide to resist.
